Runward respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be collected when you use runward.io and how it is used.

Information you choose to share

When you request a local opportunity review, the website sends the details you enter to Runward so we can research your business and market, respond to your request, and discuss relevant services.

Website analytics

Runward uses Google Analytics to understand general website activity, such as pages visited, referral sources, and interactions. Google may use cookies or similar technologies as described in its own privacy policies.

Purchases and resources

Payments for any Runward resources are processed by Stripe. Runward does not receive your complete payment-card details. Stripe handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Sharing and retention

Runward does not sell personal information. Local opportunity submissions are processed by FormSubmit so they can be delivered to Runward by email. FormSubmit states that submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. Information may otherwise be shared only with service providers needed to operate the website or deliver a requested service, or when required by law. Email correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary for business, support, recordkeeping, and legal purposes.

Your choices

You may ask Runward to correct or delete information you previously shared, subject to legal or recordkeeping requirements.
